Peter Cain
(1959-1997)
Peter Cain was born in Orange, New York in 1959. He worked mostly with abstraction. He studied at the Parson’s School of Design, and the School of Visual Arts. He was well-known for paintings of surreal vehicles, portraits, and gas stations. His works have been exhibited at the Whitney Museum of American Art. He died in New York City in 1997.
