Nancy Chalker-Tennant
Long a nationally-recognized painter and printmaker, Nancy Chalker-Tennant has been dynamic presence in the Rochester art scene since her arrival here in the mid-1980’s. For the last decade, her emphasis has been artists’ books, and area of production which she has championed and for which she has been widely acclaimed. Chalker-Tennant’s work is included in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, the Whitney Museum of American Art, and numerous regional and university collections.
