George P. Orr was a painter who was active in the early 20th century. He lived in Chicago and Syracuse, NY. He was a member of the Chicago Watercolor Club, and exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1910 and 1912. He is listed in Who Was Who in American Art.
