Clayton LeRoy (known as C. Roy ) Morse
(1913-1997)
Clayton LeRoy Morse was born in Calais, Maine in 1913. He was a painter and art educator well-known for his marine genre, railway scenes, and landscapes. He was active in eastern Massachusetts and was a member of North Shore Art Association, and The Rockport Art Association. His works have been exhibited at North Shore Art Association, and Salmagundi Club. He died in 1997.
